  • STRESS REDUCTION (ANXIETY): I know how to turn the high levels of stress and anxiety from a level of 10 to 2. I used to want to turn my brain off, afraid of my thoughts, and did not believe I could find comfort or safety.

  • WEIGHT LOSS: I used to weigh 350 pounds, and I have lost over 100 pounds and counting without the assistance of medication.

  • ADDICTION: I am a recovered alcoholic, with over 4 years alcohol free. Prior to quitting, I was drinking a liter of vodka almost every evening during the work week, weekends were a different story.

About Me:

My name is Kyle Kenny and I am a Certified Professional Life Coach. I grew up in Marlin, Texas, and graduated from Baylor University with a degree in Finance in 2012. My diverse work adventures allowed me the opportunity to live all over the state of Texas. My work background is in operations management, warehousing, logistics, sales, dry cleaning, and consulting. I am recently married and have 2 dogs.

I received my Professional Life Coach Certification from the International Association of Professional Recovery Coaches (IAPRC) in 2023.

My entire life I have experienced anxiety, depression, stress, trouble sleeping, obesity, and substance abuse.

I am living a life today that I could have never imagined before. Today I can smile and laugh. A freedom, joy, and lightness that I never thought was possible. It is through my life experiences that I feel called to walk with somebody else who is or has been in my shoes.

Offerings:

Nervous System Reset Coaching

A short, focused coaching experience for people dealing with anxiety, stress, burnout, and nervous system overload.

This is not long-term therapy or endless sessions.

It’s a practical reset that gives you tools you can use for life.

You’ll learn how to:

  • Calm your nervous system

  • Reduce anxiety and overwhelm

  • Release chronic tension

  • Regulate your stress response

  • Feel safe in your body again

Most people only need 2–3 sessions to feel a real shift.

First session:

Initial Session: $100 ~ 50 minutes

This is where everything changes.

In this first session, we:

  • Identify what your nervous system is doing

  • Pinpoint what is keeping you stuck in survival mode

  • Introduce the core regulation tools you’ll use daily

  • Build a simple plan that fits your real life

You leave with:

  • A clear understanding of what’s happening in your body

  • 3–5 simple tools you can use immediately

  • A personalized reset plan

No overwhelm. No homework. No therapy talk.

Just relief and direction.

Following Sessions:

Integration Sessions: $50 ~ 30 minutes

These sessions are designed to make the tools actually work in your life.

We use them to:

  • Fine-tune what you’re practicing

  • Remove anything that isn’t helping

  • Deepen nervous system regulation

  • Get you out of survival mode faster

Most clients do 1–2 of these after their initial session.

After that, you’ll have what you need.

I don’t believe in creating dependent clients. My goal is to give you tools you can use long after we stop meeting.
